Any rumors for next round and where it’ll be focused?
I received exceptional ratings but zero RSUs which is atypical to years past. A bit worried if this lack of long term comp incentive implies anything.

@OP I estimate the next wave of layoff will be in the end of June or beginning of July.
@bt Learn some new skills before are are let you.
@ab When a company treats its employees poorly, it shouldn’t be surprised when those employees stop treating the company like a priority. Eventually, “disengagement” becomes the polite word for “why bother,” and slacking off becomes the only logical KPI left. The hidden cost of this slow‑motion performance crash usually ends up far higher than whatever brilliant savings leadership thought they’d get by laying people off and trimming their total compensation.
Picture this: someone used to fix a bug in two days. Now? Five days. Same bug. Same person. Just a lot less motivation to sprint for a company that’s sprinting away from its own people.
Company is losing money in an industry that is a near duoploy. I doubt management recognize the damage being wrought by treating employees poorly. Companies who behave this way rarely succeed in the end. Plan accordingly.
Same here, not sure what to make of it (former ANSYS employee).
