My money is on the Optum RX IT help desk and second level team. They are literally the only ones left in the help desk organization that are not in the Philippines or India. I have nothing against any of them The company just doesn't care about Americans anymore. Cut as many American jobs hire a few people offshore in the Philippines and wait for the AI to take over. That's optum's plan if you're high enough in the organization you're safe
