@m4 DFS exhibited a significant lack of diversity, leading to the emergence of factionalism among Indian workers, while excluding individuals with differing identities. This situation has highlighted for me the necessity to restrict H1B visas and other immigration categories within the technology sector until the issues are adequately addressed.

@r8 you have no idea what you are talking about. Anyone opting out of a pip will receive severance.

Former dfs employees piped out will get enhanced severance

@OP I'm thinking you may be correct. Then IF they get a severance instead of a PIP/Fire, they will only have insurance benefits through the end of July. (A Wowsa 4 days from the 60 day period...) So sad the way Capital One is treating their people as they keep buying and celebrating onboarding new companies...............

@ex Sad - those folks will be wrongfully pip'd, never see any severance, and not be eligible for unemployment (unless they fight it - AND THEY SHOULD - Because this is a SH*T Show Farce). So very sad. Again, not a fair bank. just an Unfair bank running the show.

So, based on updates from today's meeting, is it apparent that an announcement will be made within the next 2 weeks?"

I hope they layoff rfd folks without taking input from managers and keep it a total surprise. Last round, people were laid off based on some criteria and nobody knew about it until it was too late.

None of the Indian managers were able to save their gang of Indian employees which was great to see

@ex so roughly 60% of legacy Discover employees will be fired? Got it.
