What happens when all the 30 something’s leave and all the 50 and 60 something’s retire out. This company is F’d. Way to go stink. You’re a complete failure.
Same. Should have left a few years back when all the people I started with left. I’m the only one left at this point.

I was just thinking this too. Ten years in also. I am leaving. This place and the 5x RTO has become too much, and anyone with any level of competence has left.
