Hiring new people without giving them proper training after a RIF of a hundred others. You think strategy within CenterWell would learn, suppose not. VP of this group is cold and has no grasp on the new program. She does not care about concerns and only about the agenda in hand and won’t accept feedback,

@OP agenda in hand is nonsensical formulas while admitting data is wrong, sales farce which has not worked for 3 years, and asking RIf staff to stay a bit longer bc there was no planning. This team like other strat teams loves ordering people around but agree is colde almost mocking questions and confusion they created. embarrassed to work somewhere with overpaid clueleds consultants instead of patient focused clinicians. md strat leads who never worked in primary care prob wont work out we saw that with ram. there are too many holes to fill just let the sink ship and spare us more torture.
