Is this the last round of layoffs or will it continue in phases through 2026 and into 2027 as well?

This is Oracle. There will always be change. There will always be layoffs.
The day you were hired you started down a road that has an end, as sure as death follows life. No one lives forever. Not even LE.
They will be done after they RIF @OP.
EMEA still ongoing. Different countries have different laws. So it appears to happen in waves. It still the reorg.
