M There are senior HR managers in this company with degrees in exercise.
What could possibly go wrong?
What’s the point of formal education anyway? It’s just thousands of hours and exams. Who needs qualified managers making decisions anyway?
Hertz was incredibly stressful. I left recently, and I’ve been feeling amazing ever since. Even though I don't have compensation coming in right now, I am so relieved to be done with that company. They can keep writing fake Glassdoor reviews to target people, but I'm moving on.
Myself as well 4 years ago . Yes life was ok before Covid I worked at Estero and they seemed do do ok before the bankruptcy bailout.
@OP Yep, I did the same and I can tell you life is much better away from Hertz. Before Covid I enjoyed working there but things fell off a cliff after covid. The way management treats people there should be studied for future generations as a warning of what happens when you treat people so poorly.
Good for you brother! Life is definitely greener somewhere else (unless you joined Spirit)
