The culture is so bad people on the same teams are fighting. There is ZERO direction from the top and numbers so astronomical they can’t be achieved. We were told to get 1m net adds a quarter and to lower bad debt.

the senior management should have been held accountable for expenditures in various technologies and failed to execute in a timely fashion. Some Directors reported statuses on efforts that were incorrect. investments in Escape Rooms, Hackathons increases costs not decreases. Lack of cohesiveness between groups are missing. What was the ROI in Asset Visibility, bad project management, Strategic metrics based in correct inventory. Return to Office policies where not enough seats, employees driving to work while on calls. no accountability of whether someone actually produced any work versus attending 40 hours plus of conference calls where 2 people out of 50 say anything. All Hands meetings that censored real questions

Our leaders were honest with us. Hans said he felt it was time to retire effective immediately and that everything was fine. Our hr team said they prioritize talent pipelines for smooth transitions and it’s clear this works from the top down. Energized and humbled to be part of this great company where trust and honesty aren’t just words, but practice that make our culture OS the best in the business. Thank you vz let’s go team!!!!
