Has anyone considered that all of these post might be from upper level management to try to constantly scare us into doing more work than is required of us?

No layoffs are coming, happens every year. Literally told by management in order for workers to get their annual increases, heads have to go
@OP worked there for almost 9 years. Working harder never saved anyone in the hundreds of people let go over those years. The culture is toxic so only the favorites have a chance to stay. That's why customers and employees hate Sunrun.
I find it so difficult as each day goes by. The "culture" at Sunrun has become so fake and toxic it's absolutely disgusting to see. There is literally no diversity or inclusion what so ever anymore. They are now saying the quiet part out loud with their lack of ethics.

A lot of these posts make me think someone in HR or leadership is leaking out information. I’ve heard from some other sources about layoffs outside this website and they’ve come true.
