Has anybody determined what is happening to our 401K match that we are entitled to up to our "transfer" date of 04/12/2026? This was not a voluntary resignation so I would assume we are still due our match. So do I have to leave my 401K with Fidelity until 1st qtr 2027?

You only get a match if you are an employee on Dec 31st. This was a change made to the 401k plan rules last year. So you wouldn't get any match for 2026.
Your former manager should be able to answer these questions for you since the TPO is now MIA.
@ar the employer in question has laid off anyone who would be able to answer this question. They gutted the workforce and robbed many of them of the severance they were due. They have done so much more, but who has the time to enumerate it all? You mean bashing like that. that bashing?
Your turn is coming, don't think for a moment that it isn't.
Oh, wait, is that you, Bob?
@ar I think they laid off the TPO team who used to do this stuff last year, so this site is good as any at this point
They are calling it a voluntary resignation
@OP+1kpnjty4q that sounds like a HR/Benefits question. This site is for bashing your employer.
