When employees overwhelming feel this way, it tells you all you need to know about the culture! That's not something to brag about RV!

I'm also ready to quit every day. Be ready to give your 2 weeks at any time, that is the only key to success at bny.

I can’t wait to get the he-l out of here as soon as this analyst program ends… I know how you feel and I’ve only been here a few months

I know the feeling. I nearly just quit one day in 2022. I was that angry at my boss and the company. I hung in there for a few more years until I just said enough is enough. I applied for multiple jobs weekly until I found one and I am so much happier now. It is not easy to walk away from a comfort zone, it is not easy to find a role (I was not ready for the rejection). But companies are hiring and you deserve better. Hoping you find better soon.
