I hope you are correct although I hadn't heard these exact details. I would not be surprised though. DF is the best Ford has to lead the entire company, There are a few days left to change his mind.

I heard the board called an emergency meeting when they got wind of DF’s decision to leave. They immediately put together a more competitive compensation package for him and offered him the CEO position when Mr. Farley decides to retire. Announcement coming.

DF was a loser from day 1. JF is a bigger one yet. Shall we find a few more? It is not hard at the LL2-LL3 ranks.

Ruined this company.

LOL. Never delivered anything in any job. Someone on this forum predicted it 4 years ago.

Kumar is will be around another 100 years. Actually the earth will end, and Kumar will still be around running Ford. LOL. Good for him. He has a lot of connections.

There have been a couple of departures I was happy to see happen in the last few weeks!

And incredibly Kumar is going to lead the new team that will save the company. Woohoo yet another reorg. We all know who will scapegoated next. Farley keeps positioning Kumar in the crosshairs and somehow Kumar keeps evading the axe.

@OP it's in the news... Why are you surprised? It's no surprise. Farley needs to look rough and Doug is the easiest example.
