A massive Ongoing Trend... you need to take action..

To those who believe their layoff is Unjustified..
Whether it is a fake PIP program based layoff or direct layoff, if you had a good track record yet you were laid off because you are a US Citizen while the manager wants to fill your position with a H1B visa holder..

As per USCIS's Employment visa rules, employers 'vouch' that there is no equivalent American citizen available, hence they are sponsoring a foreign national for H1B visa.

But the reality is quite different. Just produce the facts related to Fiserv i.e. how many US citizens were laid off while Fiserv continuously sponsoring H1B visas and majorly Green Cards where they prove to US DOL with complete documentation that absolutely there is no citizen available for that position and ONLY that particular foreign national is the PERFECT fit that position to get the PERM clearance. How fake it can be these days..

Just provide the facts to USCIS and copy to Stephen Miller White House Deputy Chief of Staff for policy and Homeland Security, Copy to local DOL's authorities.

Funny how they say H1BS fill spots Americans are unqualified to take, yet they come here and we end up training them.

@ar There are few VPs that came from Fiserv India and received Green Card on EB1 ( managerial category ) in few months and enjoying the salaries upwards of $180K .. & benefits..

Why can't HR send their resumes to LexisNexis for Fraud verification ????????

We are forced to publish their names here publicly..

@OP Unfortunately you are absolutely right... but HR pays a complete blind sight to this trend.. they are very eager and well equipped to harass/threaten US Citizens that have an established decades long professional career path with Fiserv.. We don't blame them for doing their job dictated by the corporate policies.. they are part of us, tough to be in HR

It is a massive fraud. Every manager is being replaced with a H1B Visa holder

@OP There are several 'known names' with professional fraud including fake experience, non-existent educational qualifications provided to get into Fiserv.. those names will be published here soon and sent to USCIS.. "They" know who they are..

H1-B is freakingly fraud.. a lot of H1-B visa holders sponsored by relatives' garage consulting companies without having ANY client or job, have been producing fake pay checks , are attending Fiserv job interviews.. This is outright fraud..

The sponsoring garage consulting company should be shut down for filing a false H1 visa without having any paying job to offer.
