If you are talking about the troll who constantly posts that cr#p on most posts, it means nothing.

But, there is truth behind it too. If you are below a VP level then you will never ever be safe from a layoff. VP's don't just get "laid off." They get fired. VP's don't just "quit" a job at a massive f500 company making 300-600k+/year + benefits/RSU's/Bonus's... That's why they are so comfortable laying others off. Their Asssss isn't on the line because they are the ones forcing their directs to lay off ppl.

That 1% is at minimum Sr. Directors and above.

A CEO would love it if they only had themselves as an employee. The rest is done by automation/AI. That CEO is the 1%.

@OP Good God man, what do you think it means? It means MD and his a-s lickers will protect themselves at all costs. To that end, MD thinks he can run the company with all AI bots in the future ... so long as they're not remote.
