I am asked to post "team-journal" every day..

I am asked to post "team-journal" every day bullsh-t confluence posts on what i do.

Apparently this is the "future" way, not real work, not real tasks.

I got a massive AI slop task which look like epic, then i read it and half is hallucination.... most of all now they asked me to pull some strange repo and talk with devin to post my "diary" to confluence.

When will this medical experiment end?

The solution: You should talk with Devin more frequently, in fact day and night, you should cajole him, encourage him to think and let him make decisions, let him run the show. Gradually you will move to the passenger seat and enjoy the show!

so much reporting, time tracking, meetings...and stuff still does not get done on time and in good quality. It's a complete joke. They totally miss the mark on everything. If stockholders only knew the house of cards that this is all built on, the stock wouldn't be doing as well. Time will tell.

I feel bad for all those people wasting time with scrum cr-p, wasting time doing "stories" on all the work they do each day. Babysitting at its worst!
I've avoided doing that trash and will keep avoiding it as much as we'v can, All we do is fix servers via tickets. Why waste time writing our lives in a story? They always measure people by manipulated numbers, not quality work.

It's because leadership at Dell is so shiity they don't know what we're supposed to be doing. And they don't know how to do it even if they did. So they just have us do bullshiit rock fetch tasks to make it look like they have authority and that they are leading. They're leading us right over a cliff. Dell management is 100% pure shiit.
