In years past people would take the time off to watch at home. Now we are all hoarding vacation time for the pending RIF payout.
There needs to be a major shift from the leaders (Kyle etc) into what VBG will become or can become. International is almost dead already. Customers running away. The level of competition is extremely high.
Initiatives around SMB are great but it's not enough...
