First, drive out costs (starting with a safety campaign to try to cut workers comp costs, then move onto layoffs and offshoring) so it looks like more earnings per share on paper.
Tell everyone we're pushing innovation (while actually investing less in it).
Get the stock price up.
Sell stock options and retire back to Florida.

@f1 why stop at 5? Bill would prefer we're all in the office 7 days a week.

It's not about productivity, and never was. It's about making employees miserable enough to quit so that it's easier to sell off parts of the company.
