trainings and "new" ideas

another "strategy team" pushing a not new approach and calling it new with long trainings where no one has done the job on the clinic level. exhausting....praying for rif or early retirement. why cant these over paid consultants figure stuff out? If it did not work the first time or second time... it wont work with less staff.

@ms so sad to lose sight that these are peoples lives decided by grossly overpaid non clinicians who crunch numbers then try to spin it like we should all take one for the company.

What a mess and disorganization at its best. Strategy is going to cause a horrible reputation for CW. Not to mention the lack of empathy senior leadership has for those that were let go. No hearts, no human decency. This project too shall fail like the others. Really really tragic.

@ch apr 24 is bonus payout that leaders have avoided updating staff til last minute to see who quits to save $. new HR rule is you have to work that day to get the bonus.

@OP you're talking about Centerwell, I'm sure. These trainings are a joke. Like, they think we can suddenly do 3x the work because we have no help now. Everyone is miserable and looking for another job. We have been through too many changes, none of which have resulted in anything good. There will be a mass exit after April 24th. Think of all the people who are gone, pharmacists, LCSW, managers, social workers, and the golden children of CHW who the agency invested so much money in trying to replace skilled workers. Not to mention, all of the training staff and consultants that have been used up and let go. Oh, and don't forget the director with the big fake teeth and botox. All gone, leaving us in a pile of ashes.
