Got this on good authority. I've been under the 4 days a week RTO since they went to it. 3 days was all I was willing to do.
Have a friend in an high place that warned me of a layoff on Monday for anyone that hasn't complied. I need my job.

@OP guess you should have thought t abou needing your job while you were knowingly choosing to violate policy.
@vg How did you get that count?
Well, we've been here before. You guys keep over promising on this and not delivering. When is that going to change?
@re Actually, studies often show that diverse groups generate more creativity and a wider range of solutions. But Ford has repeatedly emphasized speed and the need to keep accelerating. Studies also suggest that more homogeneous groups can be faster at solving problems and executing decisions. Those two things are not contradictory; they point to a tradeoff between diversity of thought and speed of alignment.
Research does not show that homogeneous teams are ‘better,’ but some studies do suggest they can be easier to coordinate quickly, because demographic diversity can increase social categorization and conflict costs unless the team has strong structure and leadership.
(see Traylor et al., 2024; Pelled, Eisenhardt & Xin, 1999; Jehn, Northcraft & Neale, 1999)
Studies have also shown that diverse work groups are far more successful that homogeneous work groups.
The improvements in productivity are even higher at Ford compared to our competitors because we maintain a much more diverse staff from the bottom to the top of the house.
I mean....lets have it. I'm waiting. We're waiting. But it won't happen will it, didn't think so.
"Office attendance can help everyone meet their own and the company's objectives."
Explain how this can be, when my prime objective is to avoid bootlickers like you?
Not surprised that no one takes you seriously.
Don't tease me...

I have been warning coworkers of this for some time now. This is serious people. Corporate has researched all of the studies out there plus Ford's own internal attendance metrics and date, and the conclusions always lead to improved company performance with adherence to in-person collaboration.
Office attendance can help everyone meet their own and the company's objectives.
Ok, sounds encouraging
Doubt it. But I guess we'll see. But you're probably wrong like so many are about these things.
Doubtful. I basically never come in and I'm not worried one iota.
