What department were the trainers laid off from?
@q4 humor is a coping mechanism. Laugh in the face of dread. Like I laugh at my 1.5 inches
No C suite person is calling customer service on any of their claims. They don’t need to because their stuff is never denied
All I know is that from my own personal experience, Cigna should at least try to speak with the employees in the Philippines and find out first hand how difficult it is alot of the times to understand them. Could you imagine Dave Cordani calling in for customer service and getting a CSA that has a very heavy accent. He would be PO!!!!!
@a8 google has mentioned May and June for additional layoffs
@qg U.S.Medical. They had 6 or 7 supervisors that got the email for their notification of JE today
@qf not even a month after disaster and theyre back at it..
@qx exactly. Trainers won't be needed anymore once everyone is, trained in the Philippines. No one in America will be needed at Cigna anymore probably.
@qh no not all
With them sending jobs overseas, they don’t need trainers here anymore.
I strongly feel I will be JE'd. Maybe not today but soon and I don't care anymore.
@qh what area?
@qg
Training department was hit. All TA's(SME) let go, and a supervisor from training department.
@OP Some supervisors were let go today unsure what department
Job eliminations happened today.
Lots of comedy on this board. At least you’ll have something to fall back on when you get JEd
@mh jajaja - h1b?
@mm tweezers needed.
@me small round if anything i would assume? so many areas gutted already, how much more can they do smh
My mgr and her mgr both reached out to me yesterday asking where I keep my work, so I think this may be accurate.
@a8 i talked to your manager , actually planning to je your team in may
Tomorrow
@g5 3.5 inches take it or leave it
@a8 define "large"?
I’ve heard from reliable sources to expect another large JE wave in June.
