Except a computer is useful, while copilot is a POS and waste of time. It doesn't help me do any part of my job better or more efficiently. I do sc--w around with it to waste time on occasion, but it produces nothing of value beyond that.

you will be canned - eventually. it does not matter what you do or don't do. Our CEO does not have any other growth ideas to boost stock price. He literally has nothing to show our shareholders beside further headcount reductions. He he will not stop until Jenga tower collapses
They are going to be implementing AI use into the performance reviews just like teamwork, minimize risk, etc as part of your goals.

I don’t have an answer to being fired. In this place, maybe? But they keep pushing so I decided to try it for tasks like rewriting quick notes into a professional outline or review responses to emails. Use it to save you time where you can. I tried having it write programming code and it kept spitting out wrong stuff, that’s frustrating. Always manually review it.

This is no different than back in the day when you would have lost your job for refusing to adapt to using a computer. Technologies change and you can either jump on the train or get left behind.
