Will there be warning if anything bad happens?

Quarterly? We already start annual only a month after delivering midyear. Quarterly would be full stupidity, which of course means it'll probably be the plan. These id--ts.
@sp Interesting. Hadn't heard that but you're right it's certainly consistent with the sudden desperate push to fire for cause. Wonder if quarterly reviews will be rolled out enterprise-wide or only in groups known to be bloated.
@f3 in compliance boss stated they are going to quarterly performance reviews. Guess this supports the two IM and you are out avoiding severance and reducing headcount more quickly .. 2026 is going to be interesting to say the least..
2 cycles below meets = terminated and that's from year end to mid year and rinse and repeat. PIPs are no longer required of managers.
@am not always the case. An area manager was fired without warning a few months ago. Had been hitting all the bogeys but he was still fired. Said it was because he wasn’t doing the job.
The warning you will get comes in the form of a Performance Improvement Plan that HR drafts to make it nearly impossible for you to pass. Then you get fired.
Yes youll suddenly get an IM mid-year and then at the need of the year youll get another one and poof youre termed. No explanation or examples will be provided. You just suddenly su-k at your job and need to be fired. Thats the fate that awaits anyone who gets on managements bad side when its time to get rid of someone.
Yes and Yes.
