Assume everything you say or write over a company owned device or even logged into slack/outlook using your company logon on a personal device being watched. Use your own personal phone and (not Oracle slack, zoom or outlook) to discuss anything unflattering to about Oracle with coworkers.

@OP Never post anything negative about your mgmt or company on Slack. It is monitored and they have a right to fire you without any severance
