6-Hour Minimum Requirement for In-Office Time
Effective immediately (although April 1 is a start date)
Reporting will look for 8 hours but minimum is 6 hours
No exceptions (unless people are out of office for sick time, vacation, approved leave, etc.)
You can’t extend the hours throughout the week; it must be a minimum of 3 days/week, 6 hours/day
Absolutely no gaming the system — anyone caught doing this will be terminated immediately

Applies to every employee even if their management hasn’t told them about it
3 full days/week does mean 12 days/month, although 11 still meets the 90%+ requirement
Reports have already been sent to level 4 leaders for where things stand today
Minimum of 6+ hours in office does not mean people only have to work 6 hours/day

My manager shared this with me today, hopefully it won't be this bad. Based on what someone wrote in the previous post it sounded like this wasn't going to happen until later this year but now it might be happening right away.
Highly doubt it, just work and ignore these rumors.
Why post all of this and then ask if it's true? OP either made this up or got it from an untrustworthy source. Stop spreading FUD.
Yea this isn't going to work. If people have kids that get sick and they need to leave early, etc. life happens.
However, they are looking for easy ways to fire people so if this was real I guess it wouldn't be surprising. Horrible, but par for the course with this MC and CEO
@OP nah. Don’t spread fud. They have employees not yet showing up >50% per month to worry about moreso then how long ppls cheeks are in seats. What are they gonna do - setup a formula in workday to consider if im in 4 hrs w 4 hours of vaca time used?! Cmon.
This is different than what the RTO FaQ page had stated. They need to address that.
They should really make this announcement company-wide and be transparent about it.
