RSS and SMEs already "Phased Out" and we were just told Friday to start "seriously considering" new positions.

@1aw RSS stood for Resolution Support Specialist
Basically RSS was the department that would help answer advocate questions and handle Tier 2 processes. Now we are being left to the wolves to just do EVERYTHING ourselves.
