@32b NO
Stop spreading lies
@t1 who's feeling stupid now????
@1ht So on April Fools day. Gotcha.
4/1 is the date broseph
@c4 what date bro?
Wow!!! Lie lies lies. Should have known the second he wrote “bro”
@OP wtf. Why spreading rumors?
@t1 ????? Feeling what bro????
I hope we're all ready. For nothing
@199 d-mb, it will be April. Beware the ides of April
@t1 crickets crickets 🦗
@10d Beware of the ides of March.
If I’m not on the list then I hope my director is on it.
@t1 so tomorrow is the big day
Happening post completion of all division town halls which last through March.
If your boss has disappeared on you recently it’s probably a sign of avoidance of what’s coming.
@t1 so tomorrow is the big day bro?
Has anybody actually heard anything with a high level of confidence or is everybody just wish casting a layoff?
@14t I agree that if you value anything, get it out. I have exactly 1 mug in the office. I have a wireless headset in the office but don’t care about it. I have nothing that I value in the office except my mug. The mug can be replaced. Anything that’s in my desk can be tossed! I’ve survived 4 or 5 layoffs in the last 15 years. At the moment, I have no work to do since they have no budget to do anything. If I’m fortunate enough to get cut, my plan is to retire.
@154 Wow. HCSC has really gone downhill when it comes to caring for their employees.
@10d I don’t want to give my department since it is small. But mess up part was it was hinted at the town hall and when I and talked to my vp, they already knew that director was being let go and the director didn’t knew about it. Even the Lower level staff knew
@130 based on how they handled sending things back to people before, I recommend getting as much as you can out now. For several I know it was very delayed, poorly packed, missing items, no communication, etc. And the transition mailbox…I’d be shocked if they aren’t bots and/or non-english speakers based on responses. Get anything you care about out now imo.
@130 me too. I already calculated my severance pay. HCSC has to pay my out. Any word on voluntary severance?
@12s For me, getting escorted out would be a dream come true! No personal items to even take with. Hand them the badge and laptop and get out! 😄
@12q Right. There are too many variations in work schedules for them to forgo meetings. My guess is you got escorted out if they saw you were doing an in office day. Otherwise, they have to do meetings. They still terminate you even if you’re on PTO, or leave(you find out from others or when you return).
They absolutely still do meetings
@129 I did have a meeting on my calendar last September. Probably depends on how the department plans to do it. It was poorly planned from my perspective. I fully hate that place now but still so many connections I care about there. Hope they learned from the craptacular execution and do better if they must do it again. Hope the ones who want it, get it 🤞
@10p I don't think they do meetings anymore. Last September, they just started escorting people out the door with security. HCSC's reductions are now more inline with what other companies do. HCSC has always been behind other companies!
@10d Suspicious how? Is it with HR or have an odd title? Also, what dept. office, state or division are you in?
@z9 Can you give more info? Like dept. or office location?Did it happen today?
@OP Meeting tomorrow at 9am, very suspicious of the timing and reason for the meeting. Is it possible there’s truth behind this original post?
One of the director in my department got cut
@y5 That makes total sense. It would probably be 4 PM at that.
@t1 tic tock tic tock 3/27???
@t1 why
@c6 you are going to feel really stupid soon.
@OP I dream of being on the cut list! I'm not that lucky.
@c6 it’s to soften the blow. True story.
@cc trust me yo
@c7 Why would I trust anyone who says “TrustMeBro” like it’s a single word?
