I dedicated 16 years of my career to Macy’s, believing retail was the same everywhere. Leaving was a daunting decision, but it transformed my life for the better. While I loved my job, the increasing expectations became overwhelming. Now, I enjoy a much-improved work-life balance and have discovered there is a life outside Macys.

@OP Good for you. I've watched many of my colleagues leave Macy's and they always look happy and less stressed!
Great 👍🏽 for you. Can you tell us what you did for Macy’s and what you are doing now?? Planning on leaving soon too. So any advice will help.

The funny part is the longer you stay and the more you make the more you become a target to get rid of..
