Taking a job here is a Faustian bargain. Get out quickly before your resume is poisoned with too much time here. The institutionalized folks are basically unhirable elsewhere.

Seeing a good friend who was told to relocate after being title change promoted less than a year earlier, then discarded when he said he wouldn't, has me looking for the exit.
