Where are these dates coming from? My org was reorganized, but no layoffs yet. Are there more to come?
Get rid of some of the layers that add no value - It is weird they are getting rid of the people that actually do the work! Our poor customers!!!
Are there any Directors(+) out there willing to be transparent with us? I know there are very few that give a damn about us, but I'm hoping there are some decent ones willing to let us in.

Yes these dates were sent in the email communications to leaders during todays town hall. With a long list of how the rollout will happen.
I am really wondering what is going to take place. There have been numerous hits to employees benefits, schedules and workloads over the last 6 months. Management has over-hired, been disconnected and keeping mid level managers out of the loop. I am guessing AI rollout and employee layoff. This executive level has been horrid.
