VSPP is rare. They want to control who leaves and walk you to the door.
They would have too many volunteers for VSPP offers in mass. They will just hand pick and walk people out with regular severance over the next year....

Since you dont have a clue there is a mass vspp offer on the table right now. You obviously are a non union employee or not an employee at all. No one under contract will be hand selected to walk out the door with "regular severance"...seniority dictates that per the union contract.
@OP lots of VSPP offers on the table. It's contractual.
