To all the ones getting Riffed and jobs sent overseas. This is why they are getting raises and such high payout. They are making the company leaner so they make more. Absolutely insane and should be against the law to send tax payer money overseas for American healthcare.

A company that intakes tax payer money should not pay anyone over 6 figures. Sorry no sorry. I know we are also a publicly traded company but this is ridiculous! No wonder healthcare cost so damn much! I understand the top make more as they should, but this is intense! I just don't see how one person could be worth this much in any company. I would feel bad as a leader knowing some of the people I lead are struggling and I got $20 million and I don't even give them a raise.

Morally, it feels off because human needs are basic—while a CEO’s $20M package is often luxury-level, many employees can’t meet essentials.

@dz How else do you expect the top leaders to get over compensated?

This is absolutely disgusting and conveys a horrible message to workers. How can ANY "leader" justify RIFs and cost reductions and tell people how we had a great year, while cutting AIP significantly from what it should have been... only to walk away with MILLIONS in non-salary earnings. They absolutely did NOT 'earn' this pay. It was earned on the backs of people who busted their as--s to hold things together despite reduced staff, and they have the nerve to hit us with no base pay increases?

This is insane. Look at the bonus amounts. The company was a failure last year and no leader should be getting multi million bonuses.

This is absolutely disgusting. I'm barely making enough to pay my electric bill, rent, groceries for my family and I'm already over my head in healthcare debt. Didn't get a raise either. I'm drowning yet working my butt off while people are getting paychecks like this. How much does one person need? I know people who work here that are literally going to food banks because they cannot make it monthly. If I were a leader in this position I would donate my big a-s bonus and stock options to the employees. This does not look good.

Guess that is where my 168% AIP and 2.8% raise went to

@OP Interesting. According the the release we have Celeste at $19M, Jim at $18.7M, Japan at $9.5M, Michelle at $9M, and Sanjay at $7.1.

But AIP cut by 56 pts and no raises for everyone else. Got it.
