Anyone know what to expect for Optum Corporate LCRA roles? Something is brewing but everyone is being secretive.

LCRA budget isn't based on performance like other departments. Cuts in those areas are pretty straight forward and fast. LCRA's primary issue is burnout from doing more with less.
After working there I wouldn’t use their insurance after I know what the company is doing to Heath Care.
@OP I’ve heard some discussion that the focus may be on higher leadership grade levels, but it’s probably best to wait for official communication.
Knowing UHG they will probably hire Indian law firms and use CoPilot to determine if they a program is compliant.
