Is it not normal at Citi? The ethics and HR department are a joke.
Their anonymous portal is also managed by a third party consultant and it is not safe to complain about anyone. They track you and fire you instead of investigating the bad people.
Who cares! the Big Boss already made money for her 100 generations!

Citi HR is a mess. So is Ethics. Give documented proof of harassment to Ethics, a 1/2 rated high performer suddenly getting a mid year in 6 months if a reorg resembling that of someone needing a PIP, credible witnesses who they interview for 2 hours... The whole 9 yards. They will come back and say they couldn't find anything credible.. Nothing wrong has been done. Because intention is to protect MD's, no matter how toxic, because it's very expensive to get rid of an MD... And at Citi, the only thing that matters is the bottom dollar as every dollar going elsewhere is one dollar out of Jane's 42 million salary

Sc-mbags. Bottom of the barrel trash. Will not go back there for all the money in the world. I'm under jo illusion that the other big banks are any different. But Citi seems to be the leader in sustaining and encouraging toxic behavior by their D's and MD's
