@OP If you want people to actually find your post, the hashtags matter. Right now… they’re not doing you any favors. Fix that first—then more people might actually hear you out. Just sayin.

My question is where on gods green earth do they find some of these pathetic store managers? Some literally come out of nowhere and act like they can change the world. And then poof they’re gone and the next one comes in, and so on and so on….And it’s a revolving door of store managers (atleast at my store).
Are you the only consistent Belk poster on here? Move along. Jcp and Macys have more to lose. Belk has only a few states/cities still open.
