Is the payout usually below the full target? Company prioritizes full payout for current employee only?

@aj
You wrong injun guy, full bonus, pro rated by quarter….
I remember reading that the in lieu of an actual PMP/WeLead rating for your bonus you would be assumed to have 'meet expectations' across the board.
@xt
Those factors are considered company confidential and asking someone to reveal them to the wild could get them terminated.
Try asking on Linked-In instead.
@pj Thank you. Understand the corporate factor and prorate part, my question is actually the Target percentage related to PSG.
@OP - thanks for posting this question. Yes, those of us who were cut (either through EOI or involuntarily) will get a prorated CIP. The Corp Factor is 1.25.
As for the snarky comments; y'all can go pound sand. Like many of our hardworking colleagues, it wasn't my choice to leave. I loved working at Chevron and would still be there if circumstances were more favorable.
You only get prorated CIP if you retired. Not if you voluntarily left / got left standing.
@OP yes, let’s pay juicy competitive bonuses to people who don’t even work here anymore. What do you expect??
CIP?
If one was on payroll on or later than 31Mar2025, they would be eligible for a prorated CIP.
Proration is by full quarters on payroll (e.g., if one was departed in Oct/Nov/Dec2025, they would be eligible for 0.75 x the other CIP factors.). It would be paid on the 1st payroll run in Mar2026.
“Don’t worry, you’ll get yours… at the expense the others…”
No payout will be applied. You left the company. LOW PAY OUT
