What's so awful is no one cares either. The company is fine with the sh---y culture they have become. They want anyone that objects to how things are to leave. Most people I know that work for Mondelez want to leave too.
@OP you’re right! I hear from management that have been around for a while in stores talk about how Mondelez when it was called Nabisco was a company you could depend on. But not anymore. Been with the company close to 30 years and this is the worse I’ve seen it. Mission one really helped drive that nail
