Strong rumors from a couple of leads of an upcoming round of layoffs at the end of the first week of March. Any insights? Any ideas?

@q0 this time their were no PIP’s and people just got the “does not meet” surprise in February
so when is this starting?
@n8 Based on PIP cases I have seen the company is being very nice if true.
FiUnethical is going right back to the old mass layoff playbook.
What’s the process? Put on a PIP and then gone within the month? What’s their MO for these.
How can someone get on the list? Asking for a friend.
hey, how lucky can one man get
It’s next week. Leader here. Severance will be paid for them. How lucky.
@dp exactly. But they won’t. Seems they want the people to quit and fire the needs improvements. They will get what they wish….but it is going to cost Fiserv even more. Id--ts.
@dp Working on that.
Voluntary redundancy should be an option; it frees up those who are ready to move on anyway
Historically it has been the end of March. But we have new leadership so it might have shifted.
Already started…Guessing it will go on for a few weeks.
@OP I heard mid to end of March.
