When you are in a psychologically unsafe place you develop coping mechanisms. Some develop barriers and other safeguards to protect themselves from the abuser(s) and their culture. After they get laid off they want to heal, release themselves from the bonds of their former abusive managers. So posting on this board is a form of therapy.
Because Donald Trump has turned a lot of us into very unhappy, angry people… so we take it out on everyone else.

Most of the attacks I see are odd. Not sure if management is also on here? Or if they're bots? WF is a cr-ppy company, full stop.
