@gv I for one hated them wasting all that beautiful chicken...totally worth giving up my work/life balance and mental health.
No, other wise the cafeteria workers make food that no one eats. And if I learned anything in the past year, that's the most important metric.
@et Nah. At that level you should have tactical skills to bridge two parties and advocate for your employees.
@ds if they grow spines, they lose their jobs. Spines and staying employed are mutually exclusive.
@dq nobody in any leadership role actually showed any leadership. It's incredible how spineless they all are.
Pandering to Pulte, nothing more.
It’s 3x a week for most. Badge swipes (in and out) being tracked. Make up in office day is required if one is out sick, or on vacation for a day or 2 on your in office days. Many still dial in from their desks, which is Ok, but then what is the point of collab time. Work gets done from anywhere. Why enforce 3 days in person. It’s so crowded on certain days.
Complete waste of time in travel and toll. Limited to No parking if one shows up after 10 am ish.
2x a week is a good middle ground.
I hope they restack to 2x a week.
@bv having to come to work is a complete waste of time and resources. In many cases entire teams and rest of the team members are located elsewhere.
They're apparently targeting next Monday for another re-stack at MTC. Ironically, our group has twice the number of FTEs vs. seats available, yet we're expected to come in at least 3x/week...
@OP Wfh varies based on team and space; some are in five, four, three, two. The super fun part is that it's inconsistent not only across the company, but even within the same groups.
No. Time is tracked using punch cards on site.
