As a former employee outside the US, the individual‑competition mindset highlighted in the linkedin post is something I’ve clearly seen, and it does affect morale. The current People Assessment doesn’t help shift the focus toward team‑level competition or shared success. It often feels like asking a soccer or basketball team to win games while judging every player only on their solo stats

Also don’t forget that she got paid these insane amounts for last 5 years doing essentially nothing but posting while at work on LI and building her second career.
I have zero respect for her or likes of her- profiteering now from the plight of those losing jobs and saying she has empathy towards them.
And don’t forget that she took good paying jobs from an American, she is Canadian, sitting here in US as Expat Exec. GTFO lady
She profited for years in this terrible system and suddenly has a conscience after retiring with her millions.
Let’s not overcomplicate this. If you are not one of the chosen, you’re damned if you speak up and you're damned if you fail to speak up. They can talk about courage of convictions but we all know there is zero upside for all of us not chosen. You can call it selling out, or just working in your own self interest, but either way the company gets no benefit.
As for this lady, you were not chosen but rode the DEI train anyway and only now when you’re safe do you speak up. Enjoy your retirement. Don't give a second thought to the great people you held down as you enjoyed the perks of being an exec without acting like one.

She can say all she wants now, in reality she was treating people like sh-t in her managerial roles. She was always playing the game and now that she is out she is trying to monetize her guilt. Pathetic.
She is asking the right question when she says something is wrong with the culture. So much lost value due to how we are treated.
