Officially reached my breaking point after my performance review.

Context: S&T L10, 4/5 on my performance review, and only a 0.6% raise but “the company is so excited for my growth this year!!!”

I know the situation here and have treated it as a transactional relationship. But for me to bust my a$$, deliver above my expectations, and get a fraction of a percent raise?

They’ve officially lost me, quiet quitting begins now. This company and its “leaders”
incompetence combined with Indian nepotism culture has ruined the employee experience.

I feel disrespected beyond belief, fu-k this place

This company su-ks for all of us. Everyone will throw likes and hearts all over the Town Hall next week though to keep kissing a-s.

@OP This is a sure way to get Americans to quit. On to the next one…next (usually naive) employee who may repeat your energy and performance and believes there is a meritocracy. After a couple, three years, they will also become disillusioned.

Valuing employees means not just giving a 4/5 rating and “your performance was exceptional (or stellar)” and “we appreciate all you do” speech but a real merit pay increase if not a promotion!!
How does a L10 in S&T with an outstanding performance ONLY GET A 0.6% PAY INCREASE!!! This is shocking!!!

I used to key in the raises for my team the fact that you got a 0.6% means your
Manager used every cent he had for his people as he is given a lump of money to divide by your reports. The computer will not let you go over. It used to have an extra HiPo section where you could go 2% over but I heard they took that away so they can’t even sneak that by anymore. It’s sad Ramon should pass his bonus down to the people that put
