Anyway we know what our bonus is?

@OP so are bonuses a thing this year? We were told yes in our department, and small merit raises. They would really layoff workers, destroy morale, and then not give bonuses?
I was a senior level band 4. I asked about the bonus today too and was told that the Board of Directors still hasn't approved them for anyone yet. But that if we worked in 2025 we are eligible for the bonus payout in March, if there is going to be one (see page 8 of company severance plan document). Nothing was in my severance letter though specifically about a bonus, just severance pay information and other benefits like Cobra.

You get your bonus and 2 weeks severance per year of service, capped at 52 weeks
Mine also does mention bonus in the severence. Also, is it 1 week per year or 2?
