Use of Humanas internal AI system will now impact performance reviews. Its recommended to use it at least once a day to avoid negative impact to your end of year.

Our AI su-ks so bad Japan is forcing the use of it.

I am a provider contractor and I have almost no use for AI in my day to day. I am not going to let an AI draft a simple email for me, that is just stupid.

The whole new Corporate Leadership structure that's been established over the last 18 months is completely incompetent. That has now filtered down to the VP's and AVP's. Nothing will change unless the rank-and-file stand up and demand change which isn't going to happen. Most are just trying to keep their jobs and who can blame them. The Corporate structure got a retirement package the minute they signed on, what do they have to worry about? They don't care about the employees anymore, just the bottom line.

There's a reason no one is using these AIs, and it's because they su-k. IT leadership got SCAMMED by whoever sold them these AIs. Windsurf and Strider are already leagues behind claude, cursor... even copilot. It took a year for these AIs to become irrelevant. Most of my coworkers are using google's AI results and copilot in their browser for coding at this point, because windsurf su-ks so bad. Put on the clown nose, Japan- you're going to need it.

@OP I also heard it will impact increases and Pay, obviously not this year. Those who work with AI maybe be eligible for higher percent increase. Don’t know this for a fact that I would not doubt it. I don’t know if that means taking away percentages from others. That could be part of the five scale system, who knows.
