I landed in another big us bank. 10x better than BNY. I forgot how it feels to be treated with respect.
Congrats. I left after 15 years and now wish I had left sooner. Just do it. Stop complaining and get out there. BONY is really a horrid place.
@OP I could not agree more. I resigned after 31 years and witnessed the precipitous decline of the company over the past five years. RV is despicable. Everyone needs an exit strategy. Happy to say I left on my own terms; a nice FU goodbye. Don’t let this cesspool demean your worth. GTFO.
