OP here- yes true , I did not read the fine print. May very well still exist, we shall see
@ap LTI is stock (Long Term Incentive), STI is there (bonus, Short Term Incentive), BPI is your base (Base Pay Incentive).
@b6 If you are getting Exceeding and still 0%, it means you are at top of range already.
@a4 0% third year in a row, I was also ranked under "exceeding"
@OP this is why lots more cuts are needed. Employees can't even read and make stuff up when always wrong
@OP you appear to be incorrect.
No more LTI because no one will be around long term to get a pay out with all the lay offs . Why waste time pretending
LTI is untouched- stock together is done
@a1 I suppose that’s true, but it wasn’t listed like it normally was.
It is odd that Verizon would even have lti at this point. They clearly don’t want to incentive headcount to stay at current levels long term. They should definitely get rid of it entirely with no alternative. The people that complain will find out they still can’t get anything better elsewhere.
@OP not listed it was ended.
I'm number 10! I turned it red!
Read the fine print on the bottom, it hasn't been approved yet!
Ugh this stinks. Hopefully they bring back the bonus 401k match at least.
So my workload and responsibilities almost doubled and I’ll get 3%. Great
Yep. Gone. Don’t believe anyone telling you the BS about “more details to come”.
3% for me
@a3 yup, 3%
Yeah, HUGE motivator DAN. Don't blame this one on the Board, since the Swedish Meatball was always able to get LTI's approved and we had our best quarter in 6 years. Thanks Dan, now get back to counting your money and stock!
How were raises? I got 3%
True statement, just saw my sheet…
Not exactly true. Time will tell.
