@OP Job market is rough, but giving any opportunity to leave this place. I plan on using more and more FTO time. I may take a week off a month who's keeping track? This places offers good holidays. Mental awareness is joke, this place makes us mental. They should give us more time off.
@OP Good luck to all who are able to find new jobs. I wouldn't even give TU a two week notice. Drop the laptop off and leave. They treat you like a door mat.
@OP I applied for jobs. I have contact people to use as reference. 3 days later regret email comes out. Use a tool to copy my resume vs job description and got a 92% matched. I assume because I am past employee who was laid off. discrimination.
@ht You think they are concerned about people leaving good for you. The people left will take your work. The TU sh-t show still goes on.
