Comp statements are delayed every year. This is nothing new.
@OP YIR not available until next week. IF, and that's a big IF, you get a raise it goes into effect 02/22.

its because they are bumping our raises up from .75% to .8%
Interesting! Haven’t heard anything about this but I did notice “performance and comp hold” on my supervisor’s calendar on those dates.
Comp statements were delayed, leading to the change. My SVP says it’s administrative due to the new MyHR platform.
