@ek honestly the union needs to go. Bust the reps, bust the techs, save the company.
Get rid of all the call center reps. They don’t need to be making $100k, answering the phones, they got AI and have let many calls go outsourced. Great way to save $$$.
YES !!! this exactly what i suggested, and what Verizon NEEDS !!! Replace every person possible with current day A.I. replacements throughout the organization... I already do my own HR work, payroll accounting etc... Who needs them... I collaborate at that moment for design changes and operational adjustments without any interference from middle or upper management... I would like a piece of the pie however, I am performing additional tasks... Well enough said... clean house we dont need any of them...
