With the sales comp plan meaning huge pay cuts for sales, will we at least be receiving COLAs this year?

You realize that during Covid, Trump then Biden, BOTH, injected Trillions of dollars into the economy. You create dollars out of nowhere, you will get inflation. Both administrations caused the inflation. It's when the massive effects of the injection of money wore off, inflation started to come down.

The cost of living now is lower than anytime under Biden or Obama and inflation is non-existent, wages are up ands taxes are down. Stop being greedy and be appreciative of everything Trump has given you

Forget COLAs… with this new comp plan I’m gonna need a Dr Pepper Index tied to inflation, quotas, and emotional resilience.
At current trajectory I can afford about half a can by Q3!

I asked about this a few years ago as no one on tne team got an annual raise, inflation at the time was around 10% and our states "livable wage" was significantly higher than what Dell pays. I was told Dell has never and will ever do COLAs and I should leave if I didn't like it. I stuck around only because ar this point I all I need from a job is health insurance. I do feel for other members of my team that lost their ears and/or homes though
