How does the CFO, Chief Product Officer, and the chief sales officer who got canned get $1M compensation packages at a company that is so messed up? While so many employees get laid off? How does that make any sense?

This company is wildly mismanaged. A CEO from the 1980s who reports to a board of cronies has driven the once great reputation of this firm into the dirt. Layoff after layoff and stock price from $50 to $5 and yet the top of the org chart stays the same.
